For a long time I was the reliable one — the one who held everything together, for everyone but myself. Midlife asked me who I really was, and I didn't have an answer. So I went looking, and that search became my work.
About Jacqui
The one who held everything together. The one everyone could count on. Except, somewhere along the way, myself. I spent decades being good, being useful, being whatever everyone else needed me to be. And then midlife arrived and asked a much harder question: who are you, really?
I didn't have an answer. So I went looking for one, and that search became my work.
Today I help women do the same. Through coaching, speaking, my podcast Life Begins at Midlife, and my forthcoming book, I share the patterns I see over and over: the Good Girl conditioning, the invisibility, the quiet erosion of identity, and the practical, no-nonsense way out of them.
I'm not interested in platitudes about "self-care" or "just believe in yourself." I'm interested in real conversations, real strategies, and real change: the kind that holds up on a Tuesday afternoon when life is still messy and the washing still needs doing.

Have Jacqui on your showHow I Work
I'd rather have a real conversation that helps someone than a polished one that doesn't. That's true on stage, on the podcast, and in the room.
Inspiration fades by Tuesday. I focus on the patterns, language, and small shifts that actually change how someone moves through their week.
I don't take speaking or podcast bookings on autopilot. A short conversation first means the fit is right for everyone: audience, host, and me.
