Who The F♥ck Am I? A No-BS Guide to Rediscovering Yourself in Midlife

A book for women who quietly stopped being themselves somewhere along the way, and are ready to find their way back, on their own terms.

About the Book

The question every woman in midlife asks herself

Who The F♥ck Am I? is built around the patterns Jacqui has spent years recognising in herself, in coaching clients, and in conversations on the Life Begins at Midlife podcast: the quiet conditioning that teaches women to be agreeable, accommodating, and small, and what it takes to finally put that down.

This isn't a book about reinventing yourself into someone new. It's about finally meeting the person who was there all along.

The book is coming soon. Details on publication date, where to buy, and early access will be announced here and on the Life Begins at Midlife podcast as they're confirmed.

This book is for you if...

  • You've spent your life being "the reliable one" and quietly lost track of who you are underneath that role.
  • You feel like you've become invisible (at work, at home, or in your own life) and you're ready for that to change.
  • You're tired of advice that sounds nice but doesn't actually change anything on a Tuesday afternoon.
  • You want a clear, honest framework for understanding why you feel stuck, and what to do about it.

The Framework

Invisible to Unstoppable

The book follows the same three-stage journey Jacqui uses in her coaching. Most women arrive as one of these three, and all of them leave as the same one.

Stage One

The Invisible Woman

She has disappeared. She's lost the thread back to herself, holds everything together for everyone else, and goes blank when someone asks what she wants. The book starts here. It finds her.

Stage Two

The Emerging Woman

She can see it now. She can see the patterns, but she's caught between who she was and who she's becoming, and ready to start building the version of herself that doesn't apologise for existing.

Stage Three

The Rising Woman

She knows who she is. She just needs the push: to close the gap between knowing it and living it, for good.
